This Refund Policy explains how Aelior Labs, Inc. (“Aelior Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles refund requests for purchases made through our AI-powered products, tools, and related digital services (“Services”). By purchasing or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be approved within 14 days of your purchase provided the Service did not function as described or had an unrecoverable technical issue confirmed by our support. You must have attempted to resolve the issue through our support team in good faith. Full or partial refunds are at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for change of mind, subscription renewals, delivered or fully used products, violations of our Terms of Service, or dissatisfaction with expected AI performance.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email: hello@aeliorlabs.com with the subject: Refund Request – [Your Full Name / Account Email]. Include your name, purchase/invoice number, date, and explanation. We’ll acknowledge your request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via your original payment method and may take 7–14 business days.
5. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel anytime to prevent future renewals, but cancellations don’t retroactively refund past charges. Access remains until your billing cycle ends unless otherwise agreed.
6. Modifications to This Policy
We may update this policy, effective once posted with a new date. Continued use signifies acceptance.
