Aelior Labs offers AI-powered video creation, editing, audio transcription, captioning, analytics, export, and workflow automation. Our features are updated or expanded at any time.
Use of certain features requires users to be 18+, provide accurate information, and maintain account credentials. Accounts can be suspended or terminated for violations.
Acceptable Use, Intellectual Property, and Payment
Do not use the Services to break laws, infringe intellectual property, upload harmful material, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform. Violations may result in account suspension.
All platform content is owned or licensed by Aelior Labs. You retain content ownership but grant Aelior Labs rights to process it as needed for service improvement. Review AI-generated uses for compliance.
Subscribers must provide valid payment details and pay fees as required. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or authorized providers.
Limitations, Privacy, and Third Parties
Aelior Labs cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or feature-complete service. Features may change or be discontinued. AI outputs may require review to meet your goals.
Your use of Aelior Labs is governed by our Privacy Policy. Using the platform means you consent to our collection and use of information as described.
We integrate with third-party services, which are bound by their terms. Aelior Labs is not responsible for third-party actions or service interruptions.
Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnification
Services are offered “as is” without warranty or guarantee of any kind. We do not ensure error-free or secure access.
Aelior Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
You agree to indemnify Aelior Labs, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of the Terms.
Termination, Governing Law, and Changes
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate the Terms or engage in unlawful conduct. You may also stop using the Services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved by AAA arbitration in San Francisco, California. Each side bears its own legal costs.
We may update the Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the website or by email. Continued use of services means acceptance of new terms.
